    We confirm the finished product, reinforcement area, target hand, thickness, bonding route and expected quantity.

    We narrow suitable material directions and identify the points that still need sample or process confirmation.

    Prepare Samples

    We arrange sample sheets or pre-cut pieces so the customer can test forming, bonding and feel.

    Follow the Trial

    We collect feedback, adjust thickness, firmness, adhesive or cutting details, and record the confirmed direction.

    Confirm Production

    Before bulk supply, we reconfirm specification, tolerance, packing, lead time and approved reference sample.
